للعمارة البيئية , من أقدم عاصمة مأهولة في التاريخ , من سوريا التي هي من اغني عشر دول في العالم بتنوع مصادر الطاقة المتجددة نطلق المبادرة الخضراء للتنمية في سوريا .

اهداف و نشاط المنظمة :

انه هدف المنظمة هو العمل مع كافة مكونات الجمهورية العربية السورية ، الحكومية والرسمية ومكونات المجتمع الاهلي والاكاديمي والمهني والنقابات في مجال التنمية وتأسيس الاقتصاد الاخضر ليكون رديفا للاقتصاد الحكومي الرسمي وداعما له عبر التنسيق والتعاون مع الامم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية وهيئة المناخ وهيئة العمارة الخضراء الدولية ، والاستفادة من الخبرات الوطنية السورية العاملة في المؤسسات الدولية وقد وضعت المنظمة في قرار التأسيس المحاور الاساسية التالية :

1.  العمل مع منظمات الامم المتحدة في مجال التنمية المجتمعية والدعم الانساني  والمشاركة في تقديم الخدمات في العمل الانساني في سوريا ودول الجوار .

2.  العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الربحية الدولية في مجال التنمية والدعم الانساني وتقديم الخدمات في سوريا ودول الجوار.

3.  المساهمة في مشاريع التنمية في مجال الطاقة الخضراء والعمارة الخضراء والتطوير العقاري والبيئة والبنى التحتية الخضراء وتأسيس الشركات التنموية وفق هذه المجالات .

4.  المساهمة في برنامج التعليم الاخضر ، وتأسيس مراكز التأهيل والتدريب في مجال التعليم الاخضر في سوريا ودول الجوار، التأهيل والتدريب للكوادر البشرية في مجال الطاقة الخضراء والعمارة الخضراء والاقتصاد الاخضر ، اقامة المؤتمرات والندوات وورشات العمل  الدخول في شراكات مع الجامعات الحكومية والخاصة .

5.  المساهمة في تأسيس منظمة غير ربحية لتقديم الدعم الطبي والصحي والمشاركة في اعادة تأهيل القطاع الصحي في سوريا وإقامة منظومة الإسعاف الأخضر الخيرية في سوريا متضمنة مراكز صحية ومشافي بالتقنيات الخضراء ..

6.  العمل على نشر الوعي المجتمعي في مجال الإدارة الخضراء وفق مسارات الاقتصاد الأخضر ونشر مفاهيم الحياة الخضراء ومفاهيم الحفاظ على المصادر ( الطاقة – الموارد- المياه) وتخفيض الهدر في كافة مناحي الحياة ونشر ثقافة الإدارة الخضراء والعمل على نشر ثقافة الوعي البيئي .

7.  إقامة المشاريع التجريبية التنموي في القطاع الاجتماعي والأرياف وتأهيل الكوادر الريفية وإطلاق برامج تهدف إلى نشر الوعي العام الأخضر لدى المجتمعات الصغيرة.

8.  إطلاق برامج التوعية الخضراء في المدارس والجامعات وإقامة ورشات العمل بالتعاون مع المؤسسات التعليمية.

9.  العمل على نشر مفاهيم العمارة الخضراء وإطلاق الكود الأخضر في البناء بالتنسيق والتعاون مع الحكومة ومع نقابة المهندسين وتأسيس هيئة العمارة الخضراء السورية لتكون جزء من الهيئة الدولية للعمارة الخضراء.

1. تأهيل الكوادر البشرية السورية وفق المفاهيم والتكنولوجيا الخضراء.
2. التعاون مع برامج الأمم المتحدة وهيئة المناخ بهدف تنمية وتطوير المجتمعات المحلية وفق مقررات مؤتمرات التغيرات المناخية السنوية بما ينسجم مع اتفاقية برشلونة التي وقعت عليها الحكومة السورية منذ العام 2004 .
3. العمل على تواجد ممثلي المجتمع السوري من الحكومة ومكونات المجتمع المحلي في كافة مؤتمرات هيئة المناخ.

Improve the Humanitarian Response Plans into Developing Plan.
Go Green Syria are giving you all respect and wishing all the best.
Based on our action plan submitted to the Summit of world leaders, which include the development of humanitarian response plans approved by the humanitarian organizations of the United Nations to the development plan prepared for the reconstruction plan in Syria, where we set the following objectives:
1.         Develop plans of humanitarian response in Syria to a development plan to guide the funding of buying and supplying programs for food and health supplies to produce these supplies inside Syria, thus converting the funding of grants to a time-bound program and prevent wastage in the present reality.
2.         Establishing of urban compounds to alternative accommodation within Syrian territory as an alternative to temporary camps in neighboring countries.
3.         Returning of refugees to Syria in accordance with a programme by United Nations and to transfer the refugees into participants in the proposed development plan instead of their present situation as a burden on neighboring countries and United Nations organizations by providing of 800, 000 job vacancies.
The proposed development plan is an enlargement for the development project studied by USAID in 2001, containing the investment of surplus rainfall on the Syrian coast to increase agricultural land on the coast and inside (Damascus-Homs-Hamah) at a rate of 300,000 hectares. This agricultural area producing food basket which are sufficient to achieve food security for more than 18 million people, the study estimated that the surplus rainfall up to 3 billion m³ /year, and the project is located in safe areas.
We in Syria are highly appreciated the efforts of all United Nations organizations that have contributed to help us overcome the crisis.  However, we have historically been and remain a source of food security for all neighboring countries where agricultural production to all countries in the region. Moreover, Syria before the crisis and according to a report of FAO was achieving food security with a surplus exceeding 22% per annum.
We Syrians, do not want to turn into refugees in neighboring countries and to inhabitants of the camps and to be as a burden on the organizations of the United Nations, we are looking forward to cooperating with all United Nations organizations and global development bodies to produce the full requirement in our country (food-medical requirement), a financing plan and not a grant, we will be funding out of the production of our country.
Our plan to share all the components of the Syrian society and the Syrian Government with all its institutions, the main axes of development project proposal according to the following:

1. Dams storing surplus surface water rain on the coast and the mountains of the interior area.
2. Traction line for rainwater stored in the dams and linked with ASI River at point Qattina Lake.
3. Adoption of renewable energies (wind) available throughout all project areas as a source of energy.
4. in Adra Industrial City, Hasia Industrial City and rural of Hamah.
5. Establish compounds of agricultural industrialization in the vicinity of the residential urban compounds.

Funding for the entire project is less than the requirement for requesting United Nations organizations for the financing of humanitarian response plans for 2015, with the difference that the funding required by us returned to donors during the period of time agreed.

We in Go Green Syria in cooperation with our international partners in development and some international organizations have studied the project, taking advantage of our expertise in collaboration with our international partners; we put all the studies available to all UN organizations, which will be shared with us.
We in Go Green Syria look forward to partnering with all United Nations organizations operating in Syria under the common humanitarian development responsibilities.
